Today I'm joined by the fabulous Pamela Downes, the founder of Spirit Calling, a global spiritual community supporting people through awakening, energetic transformation, and what she describes as deep soul remembrance. Pamela's path is just not just one of spiritual exploration, but it is also of direct initiatory experience from shamanic work, Reiki, and the Akashic Records. She has had profound awakenings at the Rhythmia Life Advancement Center that she describes as catalyzing a permanent shift in perception and intuitive awareness. From that point forward, Pamela began receiving structured inner guidance that she refers to as channeled communication from higher intelligences known as the Great Council of Light, which ultimately led us to the creation of spirit calling, a kind of energetic portal designed to support others through their awakening process. Well, I think that you know you do deserve the accolades because you know you're you're one of the people that I've uh interviewed that's really done the work, you know, and uh and the information that you know that you have access to through you know your channeling process with the great council of light is what I believe to be so needed on the planet right now, um uh for the collective because you know it's like where else do you turn for guidance? You can't go to the doctor.

Exactly. Yeah, that'll numb that'll numb your ability to connect. So um, from the very first moment you realized um that when you were channeling the Great Council, um did you did you struggle to kind of figure out like whether this was intuition or whether it was imagination, or is it you know something external or distinctly different from your normal thought processes?

Ooh, such a good question. Yeah, the council came um after I had been interacting, experimenting, um, experiencing, you know, different energies, tapping into my spiritual technology, um, having had a lot of um time journeying on the spiritual awakening path, you know, and exploring myself. Um, when I first started channeling, it was very um, you know, we're all channeling. Let me just step back and say when I channel messages from the council for my for my community, for the people that I work one-on-one with, people always ask about channeling, and channeling is something that we all do every single day of our life. We're pulling down information, we're pulling intuition. Um, we might not label it that as what we know, but it is. And um, when I started channeling, I was actually siphoning information from my from my soul, from my spirit. I was starting to listen. I was hearing the whispers, right? And I was allowing the space for that information, for that um, the messages to come through. So that's how it started. And when I started listening, when I started allowing that uh information to come through and honoring it and putting the energy behind it and the action behind it, and allowing, you know, myself to trip or to make a mistake, but to continue to explore, that led me down the greater path of remembering myself, because we're all remembering ourselves every day of our journey. But also, you know, pulling the spiritual gifts that I had out of myself that I didn't remember as well. Um, having all my clair senses open up, the ability to hear, to see, to smell, to taste, to know and and and others, and have um the creative part of me, who is the artist and the musician, was always tapping into that space through music, through art, through creativity. So I had that, you know, I had the, I had that tap in there, right? But I let it grow larger and larger and larger. And you're right, after my journey at um Rhythmia Life Advancement Center, after I did the plant medicine, which by the way, it took me many, many, many different experiences and um stepping through fear to love to discover myself to get to the arrhythmia experience. But after that, I had risen in my frequency. I had done a certain amount of work where I was healing my karma in my soul body, healing um, you know, energy that was in my body from different experiences in this life and in past lives. And I raised my frequency. And that's how I was able to connect with the council. So by the time I got to the point where the council connected with me, I have been having all kinds of experiences. So the very first time that the council came in, it was I can only explain like this this light kind of hurricane energy that was wisping down. It was like these lines that were wisping down, and I could feel it. And I was recording myself and I was taking notes and I was drawing my visions, and I remember that one day this I heard myself going and it came down. And that was the very first time the council connected with me in that way, and that the way where we work with my throat, and they use my intelligence and my intellect and my language and my voice box and my physicality to do that kind of channeling. Yeah, we all have to use our discernment when we're getting information. And there was a lot of that that was happening for me prior to experiencing the council and when I was starting to open up to my gifts, I was having lots of interactions with beings. Uh, lots of my it started with my dream state. It started with my knowings. I would have visions, um, pictures. I would see things in my dream state. I would see things when I was half awake, half asleep. I would start to have this communication start with um my deceased loved ones. They would show me images that I knew were just specifically unique to them. And I was learning, I was learning that new way of communication. And I had also, you know, different energies try to permeate me when I was in that half awake, half asleep state. And I felt all of the different uh frequencies. I felt very low vibratory beings. I felt um, you know, beings that were just kind of near me. They would tap me, they would show their face to me that, you know, when you're starting to open up that way, you are someone that they want to try to communicate with. And I had to learn all of those things. And through experiencing all of that, I I learned and used my discernment. And I was having, you know, my schooling basically in frequencies and with beings. And I could, by the time I got to the council, understand the high frequency that they are, they are super high uh frequency collective of loving, loving, divine, angelic beings. So yeah, I had um the feeling of love, and it just was a beautiful, beautiful exchange. And you know, when you feel something that's loving, you know what that feels like. It feels the other way.

You just know, you just know, and I get that, you know, because I've kind of experienced like both as well. I had a horrendous uh experience the first time that I was visited in the middle of the night when I was 16. And I remember um, you know, you talking about this yourself when you was you you were talking to uh Mr. Downs on his podcast, and uh you were saying I've had the most horrific ones where I've been nearly sucked into tunnels and stuff. Yes, and it was like, Oh my god, I know exactly what you mean because that happened to me. I was trying to get out of my bedroom, and this black hole thing was trying to suck me in. Yes, I was horrible. I was like, What the hell was that?

Yeah, yeah. And what is that? You want to talk about fear? What is that? That that frequency of fear, it is horrible. It takes over in a moment, and we can we'll talk about that later because that is really something the council that's my main teaching, you know. It's to the council wants to teach about love, wants to help everyone understand that they are divine, beautiful beings of light, that they are powerful creator beings, that they are connected to all that is, that they are not limited to just this three-dimensional body, and to teach you how to raise your frequencies so you stand stronger, you bright bright, you, you, you shine brighter, you draw more higher and better frequencies to you. Because when these shifts happen in our world, you are prepared, but you are rising above it. Those lower dimensional energies, they they permeate you, they get you quickly, you know, and you want to be able to be strong against that. So that's a really good example, absolutely. Um, that's so interesting that you had that. I it it was a powerful experience. I'll never forget it ever.

Oh, it was horrible. I was I was 16, and then it actually happened again when I was in Egypt as well, when I was 33.

And um, yeah, it was awful. Like I was just like, oh my god, why is that back? You know, it was staring down at me initially, but I the black hole thing didn't transok me in the second time around because my husband was was in bed next to me, and like he was asleep, but he was like screaming in his sleep and he didn't even remember it. Wow, um, yeah, so it was very odd. Um, but you know, like you, you know, I now know that when I connect with the Andromeda Council, like I can feel the love, and so it feels lovely, and the information just feels like it's uplifting and it's um expansive and it's divine, you know. So I feel like you do have to have the contrast to be able to know um and to give you that sense of confidence as well when you are the transmitter. Because I suppose that's what really what you are. You know, you're a transmitter of intelligence, aren't you?

Yeah. It took me until um probably six, maybe six or eight months ago to be able to say this. Um I am an incarnate aspect of the council, and I have been commissioned in another space and time to come here now to do this. So it's so interesting, you know. We are living in multiple spaces, multiple realities, multiple dimensions simultaneously all at once, right? And if you if you flip it upside down and we think that we're siphoning that energy to be here in this in this place that we're at, we're actually so small in this place that we're at compared to who we are. So we we're kind of just being um energized, you know, like um it's our it's our it's our source that's lighting up and creating what we need to create here, and that has allowed me to um get to where I am now on my journey to do the work that I am doing. And that was a big statement. Like that was pretty, you know, it took me a while to get used to saying that, to saying it out loud. But I have seen my life change. I have seen myself be amplified and rise in this space where there's a lot of people who have started channeling, um, you know, shortly, really shortly right after I started channeling. And I have a grand mission. I am here to support the shift. I am here to support humanity. We all are, but I have a very large mission and I need to stay ahead of this wave to be able to now support the healing in a much more significant way. I was always told by the council that I would do instantaneous healing. I always was told, I never really understood. And when you're starting to form the relationship and you're starting to hear all these premonitions and these uh get these visions of the future and all these things, it's a lot, right? So you got the channeling happening, and then they're giving you downloads about the future, and then you're trying to, you know, um get better at this craft of moving energy through you. And really, what's more powerful now than anything else is the automatic writing and the soul healing and the energy work that I'm doing. I'm doing this incredible, incredible, incredible healing work that's at the forefront because that's what's next. Everyone is channeling and everyone is waking up now to channel. I'm teaching a course with um Portal 2 Ascension, Neil Gurr and Debbie Doschinger with a whole bunch of other channels, channelers. Um, it was hear us channel, hear the wisdom, learn for four weeks, and now for the next four weeks, learn how to channel from all of these channelers. It's because this is the wave. This is what's happening. This is innately our ability. This is what we're here to do, you know, and to remember ourselves. So it's pretty cool. Um, this technology that I'm downloading or that I've I've had downloaded, and there's more pieces to come. I'm actually rebuilding soul bodies. I'm actually clearing in fractures, rebuilding soul bodies. It sounds like a machine when I do it. And, you know, it's one more thing for me to wrap my head around to deliver out into the world, you know, and to not have fear about to to sound so different and strange. And I know I saw you have my friend Ken Lloyd on.

And yes, it's funny you should say that because I was just thinking about Ken Lloyd.

Then when you were talking about this, I'm like, oh my god, it sounds like uh very similar to the work that Ken Lloyd is doing with his light language. And I I get that, you know, it's the only thing that works for me, uh Pamela. Um, because I had all this mucus on my chest, and I had one like healing with him after after I'd interviewed him, and it literally disappeared for three weeks, and then I got a cold and it came back, but it still went for three weeks. Yeah, that's how powerful this work is. Yes, and it's so interesting that you're saying, you know, that you know everybody is becoming a channel because because I think that's what we're evolving into.

Yes, it's returning to new earth. It's everyone who's elevating, who's putting the time in to learn, to remember, to expand, to rise. This is what we do. We connect, we speak telepathically, we channel, we you know, we we heal, we do this is new earth energy. This is what's happening, and we are collectively helping the shift to happen. This lower dimensional frequency is breaking down, which I'm sure you've heard me say so many times. And with that, we are all rising to do this shift, to have this shift of our mother Gaia. And it's absolutely beautiful. Um, I have a soul path coaching session. It's a three-month container. I work with people, it's a deep, intensive, it's amazing. I work with them every other week. And literally by midway through towards the end, revelations are happening, paths are being cleared by this, by this information that comes down through divine wisdom through these channels, and then through these channelings, and then this healing. So we're merging the psychology, the spiritual intelligence of understanding yourself that we've all been doing for years and years, right? But now it's embodiment. Now it's taking that, it's healing the soul body, it's healing the uh the ethereal body, it's putting those things together into two and becoming the new human. And it's beautiful and it's exciting because you know, this is part of um the shift. And I I I can't even sometimes believe that this is what I'm doing, that this is my work.

I get it. You know, it's so it's fascinating, isn't it? So, do you do the whole light language thing now as well?

Oh, yeah. And before the council came in, I was experiencing all these different beings, all these different beings that live in different frequencies. I was feeling them. I could feel what their what their stature was, like what their their body was like, their form was like. I could um feel their frequency, I could speak their language. So I had all these languages downloaded into me. And I didn't understand why at the time. Uh I would laugh and say I felt like a galactic hotel because they were there were so many of them coming in at one time. And like I was so wide open. No one was helping me. I was working with these divine feminine beings that were supporting me while I was evolving after that rhythmia trip and really kind of tapping into more, releasing more trauma healing. And um, I had all these languages downloaded into me. I always would joke and say, well, if an if the aliens ever came and they just, you know, parked their vehicle out front and I would be walking down the street, I'd I'd know, you know, I was just joking because of course you'd speak telepathically, but I would just know exactly what to say, as if I was speaking Italian or you know what I mean, or French or something. And um, but they are all the they are all the healing frequencies, they are all of them. So yeah, I speak them. Um, it's really unique, it's really different, it's really super powerful. People have incredible experiences with it. Um, but there's nothing better than like today. I had session five of six with this woman who um we have been healing her heart. She has a lot of trauma from a lot of um romantic relationships throughout her, you know, uh early life and adult life, but she also had trauma in her heart center from her childhood from her father. And there was a lot of fear in the beginning when we met. There was a lot of fear that that was just her destiny to really never have happiness and like a romance and a love, an intimate relationship that was deep and meaningful and loving and kind and respectful and all the things. And we have been clearing her heart chakra, and it was unbelievable to meet her today because she went on a trip and she said, I met someone on my trip, and I just started squealing and she we started laughing. And she goes, It's not like of my person, but it was this experience that showed me that my heart was open, that my heart was healing, that I was pulling in and magnetizing. And it was the most experience it. Wonderful experience. And I said it was a gift. You raised your frequency. We are healing. And I had channeled a message already for the session today saying we're going to do more deep heart work. So it's amazing. So when we healed, we worked and did some more work today on her heart. Um, they also channel and say things while they're working on her. And when we were finished and it was complete, uh, out of nowhere, this this the share song came on, believe, and it just started blaring in my head. So I just started laughing and I said, the song just came in and we started singing it, and she got so excited because it was all about self-empowerment and how I believe that there's life after love, and I believe that you know, I have moved on and like, you know, I'm powerful and I understand who I am. And it was just beautiful. They're the moments that just say, like, I love what I do.

And that's so beautiful that you can help her. Yeah, you know, because that would have been an ancient wound for her, wouldn't it? You know, to believe that she's gonna have to go through like this whole incarnation without finding love. What an awful thing to believe, you know, because you cut yourself off to so much. Yeah, I know people the best thing about being a human, isn't it?

I know. I know people who have cut themselves off and say, I'm not gonna try, why would I do that again? And and I also have someone in my life that says, You're such a lover, Pamela. You always try. Yeah, why wouldn't I? What would what is the answer? Just sit at home by myself and then not try to love. Of course, I want to love. I want to be in love. I who doesn't love to love, you know, and I'll try all day long, you know. Yeah.

100%. Yeah, absolutely. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try again, you know. And even if you get like stabbed in the back or betrayed, learn, learn, learn again.

Yeah, you know, this is the thing, you know, and it's interesting because I like your journey started with Reiki and doing all that sort of stuff, like me. Yeah, and of course, you know, it it's it evolved so much, but Reiki's such a great foundation into energy healing, isn't it? Yeah, um, when you look back at your Reiki days, do you feel a bit like me? Like it was necessary, but like I don't really feel like I need to go through that whole process anymore because it was too laborious. Don't you feel like that?

Like it's it was like yeah, my my Reiki things were so profound. Um, the very first, when I started, you know, tapping into the healing part of the spiritual journey, wanting to experience after I learned about all the different things, it was like, I want to try things, I want to experience things. I had a friend, we were doing uh yoga a lot, and she said, My studio is having a Reiki share. It's really inexpensive. You want to try it? And I'm like, Yeah, there were five Reiki practitioners working on people, and you laid down on mats and you waited for your 30-minute session, and I was I laughed because I was the last one, thank God, because everyone would have laughed if they if they were there witnessing what happened to me. But I was the last one, and I got up on the table. This is how new I was to it. I didn't know who I was at all. I was just starting to ease the mind, you know, like tire the body with yoga, ease the mind, allow more guidance and stuff to come in. So I got up on that table. Five Reiki practitioners started working on me all at once. Out of nowhere, this welling of my heart started, this like immense pressure. It was like a volcano. It was building, it was building, it was building. I had no idea what the heck was happening. My heart opened and I had this profound healing. I was howling, crying, shaking, and it was important for me to experience that because it kept me kicking the can down the road to discover more. You know, you have those moments. And the one of the right, two of the Reiki ladies ran over to me when I got up from the table and they're like, You're an empath, you're an empath. And I was like, I don't, I don't even know what an empath is. That's how young I was on this journey. And um, the next time I did Reiki, I did it. Um, I met this woman. She was uh working in New York City, she was uh a sustainability expert in Manhattan. She was one of Forbes 30 under 30. Like she was going places, she was killing it. She was starting to uh tap into her spirituality. She decided she wanted to go to what the indigenous people do uh medicine, plant medicine, and she opened up after that in a big way, sort of like I did. And she decided to become a Reiki practitioner. She asked me to help her um launch her business because I had a branding and marketing firm. So I did, and we did trade. And one of the things that she was holding and hosting was this Reiki One retreat down in Costa Rica on the top of this quartz crystal mountain. Sounded really cool. I had just become newly divorced. I was, you know, having all this new time to experience myself, to tap into things that I could decide that I wanted to do. I secretly wanted to go to this retreat, but I and I kept wanting to ask her, but then I kept hearing, not yet. No, it's not time. And then she said to me, Do you want to do trade for the rest of what we're trading and go to this retreat? And I said, Yes. I didn't want to go to learn Reiki. I really had no desire to be a practitioner and who knew I would be doing what I'm doing now, which is not Reiki, it's different, but I do some of that in there. But um, I I learned about myself. I learned that I'm an empath. I learned about the chakras, I learned about my energy, I learned that I, you know, felt everything so tremendously. I didn't understand why I was on um anti-anxiety medicine like the year I got married, and I didn't understand why I responded to certain people's energies a certain way. All of the things, it was like this light bulb. I just understood myself. And we had at the end of that an attunement. They give you this attunement ceremony. The same thing happened. She was working on me, and I had this past life come through my throat chakra. It broke wide open. I started, I went back into this hanging. I was in the hanging formation. I was locked in it, I couldn't get out of it, and I was foaming at the mouth. Talk about the black tunnel being fear fear uh scared. I was, I was petrified. I didn't know what was happening. Um, I was with she and this shaman that she was uh co-facilitating this event, and they both came right uh she came right over and they were both working on me and trying to support me in this. But it was another kick the can down the road, discover more. Like there were so profound that I had to keep. I wanted to keep, I got to keep, you know. And that's sort of what happened with the ayahuasca. I had been experiencing a new life. I was everything was shifting, I was meeting new people, I was listening to my spirit, I was releasing certain people from my life, I was getting intentional about certain things, and I was having more of these experiences. I understood the law of attraction, I understood abundance, I understood my fear. I was starting to like form this new picture of myself. And I saw a video of this man who did this plant medicine, who cured his addiction, who released um a traumatic event of molestation in his youth. And he did plant medicine and cured all of his addictions. He was addicted to multiple things, and he took his skills and what he did in his life and he applied it to creating this retreat center. I knew when I saw that video, my Claire cognizance was that's it. I know that I'm going there. I don't know how I'm going there. I don't know how I'm gonna pay for it. I don't know where, when I'm going, I don't know any of that. I just know that I'm going there. And I spoke my truth and I didn't have to figure it out. I threw a series of choices aligned with this person and I started doing work for them. I went to an event that he was holding. I walked in the room, introduced myself, and when I said hello to him and we shook hands, this energy just came through our heads, out of our hearts, and there was this moment. Another one of those, you know, that you cannot deny moment. And we became good friends, and he called me and said, I want to know what that experience was. I want to talk about it, I want to know you, I want to get to know you. And as we became good friends, um, he said to me, you know, I'm going to do ayahuasca um traveling. And I said, Oh, I'm going to do ayahuasca too. I don't know when I'm going, but I'm going to be going to this place. And I said the name, and he said, Pamela, I'm going there in the fall with my group. And it was like, Are you serious? Because nobody that I know even knows the name of this place. They don't even, no one I know is doing this medicine. It was just so amazing. And I kept hearing, he's going to ask you, he's going to invite you to go, he's going to ask you to join, he's going to do it. And I said, Well, if he does it, he does it. And he did, he said, Listen, I think you would really enjoy joining me. You have to pay your own way, you have to figure it out. But um I'm a part of this group, and someone in our group is on the board there. They're shutting the entire place down. And there's only going to be 40 rather than like a hundred people going to, you know, cure disease and uh trauma and addiction. It's going to be 40 high conscious leaders who have been healing, who have been doing this work, who are, as I now know, resonating at a frequency that I needed to be within. It was imperative that I be in that space because of the level of fear I had to release. And I was handheld and I was put into that place. Like I have been put into these experiences and given these opportunities, but I had to say yes to them. Like it's our job to listen to the higher wisdom that we're getting, to see the opportunity, but to listen, to put the courage and the love at the forefront and not the fear. And to listen, I had to figure out the custody of that. I already had a trip right before this trip. So I had to go on that trip. There's a financial aspect of it, there's custody aspect of it. There's a work. I was an entrepreneur. I ran my own business. It was like I already had all that figured out for this trip. It was I had to come home the day later and go back into this week-long experience. And um, you know, I wound up getting a tax return check that was exactly what I needed to go to this event. And, you know, it's all, it was just all placed. Like they say to all of us that we are conspiring. They are conspiring, they are moving pieces that we are not privy to. They are making things happen and moving things around that we don't know about. It's our job to just sit in that space of knowing that it is being created and curated for us. And we have to align when the time is necessary and say yes. So, yeah, I went to that trip. And through that journey, it was a week-long experience. Through that journey, I released so much fear that I had inside of me, so much of things that impacted me in this life and in past life, and different commingled experiences with my parent in this life and in past lives, like so much stuff. I pulled this karmic energy that had been transferred over to my kids. I pulled it back from each one individually at different times, different nights. And um, I raised my frequency to we're almost doing this backwards because this is the story that brings you to the council. I raised my frequency so much that at the end of the week-long journey, we did a breath work class. Um, and I had this white light shoot through my throat. I fill my entire body up with love. My body was buzzing, my head was buzzing, and my teeth were buzzing, and I was crying, and my breath was taken away. And I heard your psychic abilities have been enhanced. Everything from this moment forward will be different. And that's what happened, and that's how the counsel came in because I did all the work that got me to that place, and then I did all the work at that place that got me to that next step of the journey, that next chapter, that next season, right? We're filled with seasons and steps.

Wow, I love that story. That's so cool. I love the way that you follow the breadcrumbs, like in Hansel and Gretel, wasn't it? Yes. You followed the breadcrumbs, you said yes, you turned up, and then you got the downloads, you frothed at the mouth, you know, you had to go through all that in high water, you know, you had to figure it all out, and now you know this is what you're doing. And it's interesting as well that you know that you had that, you know, during your Reiki attunement that you yeah, it's funny as I'm talking about this, I'm getting all mucusy, your head went back, and that's you know, it's interesting because the way you channel is very different to a lot of the other channelers that I've I've interviewed, you know. Um, it's very um theatrical in a way, you know, but it's very performative, yeah, and it's very engaging, very entertaining, but it also is very meaningful as well, you know. So I love watching you channel. I know a lot of people can't handle it, you know, because they think, oh, you know what's going on with Pamela, you know, and all the rest of it. But it's like, I get it, you know, like it needs it needs to have an expression because it's such a powerful force of of divine love. You know, it can't just come through some sort of like slit in a mouth, can it?

Right. And it and it's um it's evolving, you know. Some of the earlier things that you saw, like me, you were referring to my appearance on Alex Ferrari's next level soul. That was the first time I ever did it um in a place that wasn't, you know, my home in front of a computer where I was sharing with my my cushy little comfy community of spiritual people that were, you know, wanted to be a part of that. And um that's also a part of my journey is you know, letting this fear go. Um, this fear of, you know, being ridiculed, being being, I mean, honestly, there were so many past lives that I healed that there's so many I haven't, you know. There's so many times I tried to do this work that didn't work out very well for me. There's so much karmic energy that was in my throat that there's still some in there that I've been told is going to resolve as soon as this next phase of whatever's supposed to happen happens. And that's like the final piece. But yeah, it is it's the evolution of me merging with my higher aspect on the council, integrating, showing up, sharing, letting the fear, letting all of the uh being afraid to do it all in public go. And I mean, I just continue to do it um over the last two years, because it launched in January 2024. So we're up two almost and a half years. Um a lot has changed. I've gotten more comfortable doing it in front of people and more comfortable doing it because I've evolved in a different way. The the vocal channeling isn't what I'm supposed to actually do. Uh, it's a part of this bag of tools that I have, but the counsel had to come in. I had to, for some reason, be able to do that, to be able to do what I'm supposed to do, to now move into the next part of what I'm to do. And in my mastermind, I channel and in my sessions when I'm working with clients one-on-one, I channel. I mean, all different kinds of beings come in. Deceased loved ones come in, different guides come in, um, different angelic beings come in. And whoever, whomever is supposed to come in, comes in. But um, yeah, there's there have been, I mean, I was on Sean Kelly Digital Social Hour shortly after I launched out publicly, and you know, they get really excited. They they were very excited about the the Alex experience. They were very excited about the Sean experience, and you can see it. It's like, I'm trying to harness this energy and uh maintain my um professionalism and uh do what I need to do with the council coming through and and try to get my head out of the way and all the things. It's not for the faint to continue to push through on these expansions that we have, it's for the fierce, the fierce courage that we have for our soul and our work.

I totally I understand where you where you're coming from with that because like I've I've decided to document, you know, the very first channeling that I did and all the way through to like probably it's only been about six months or so that I've been doing a weekly transmission. I've been documenting it just to sort of see the evolution and also to try and overcome my fears of it. Um, and I I sometimes, you know, like I'm cringing when I'm looking at my facial expression.

And it's so funny because people will write like all kinds. I mean, I had a huge ego death when that Sean Kelly Digital Social Hour video came out. He kept me pinned as a favorite on Instagram for about a year, and it never, it never went away. And it finally, it finally just went away. But when it first came out, yeah, when it first came out, it was like I was here with my beloved, who he's a Marine. My beloved could give two bleeps what anybody thinks about him, or uh, you know, and he's the biggest support. I just adore him, and he has a tremendous amount of masculine energy and he supports me and grounds me. And he's all the things I need. And um, when it came out, when that video came, that podcast came out and those clips came out. I mean, literally, I had the biggest ego death. It was excruciating. And by the time I came out of that weekend, I was a totally different person. By the time I came out on that Monday, I didn't really care. You know, I became a different person. And um, you know, I had I talked to certain people like Jerry Sargent. Um, I connected with him, and he was like, your light is just so bright, it's triggering people. Like you are here for such big work, Pamela. Like you there, you're triggering them, you're doing your job, you're doing exactly what you're supposed to do. And this is the the the darker parts of people, the people who haven't been um working on their fear level, they have fear that resides within them. So they meet the message, they meet the channeling, they meet it all with the level of fear that they have inside of them. It's a reflection upon them, not me. So, you know, I had to go through that. I had to learn that. Um, I believe as everything that I do, I am here to be the witness to help everybody learn how to do this. This is my job, really truly. This is my job to show them that that I am them, they are me. I am not unique. We all have all of these abilities. I've just been traveling this path a little bit longer so that I can help more people.

Um, okay, so before we sort of uh step into, you know, maybe um asking if there's a message from the council, would you just go go back to um just explaining what because you've you've you've highlighted some of the most amazing experiences that you've had that have led to the council coming in. Um, but I I'm still quite curious just to delve into the worst thing that that you know that you experienced as well, just to show that it isn't just all you know like a bed of roses when you when you enter into this type of work, and that you do have to go through some really challenging initiations. What um yeah, what was that?

That's important. Um, there's a there's various different things that happen. I talk about suffering, and some people don't like that word, so you can you can talk about um you know being in the void, uh being in the space of of uh releasing control. You can talk about um, you know, allowing the universe to handle it. You know, we my friend and I, we when we're in this space where everything just feels like it's we're losing control, we don't understand what the direction is, we don't know, you know, because we can't see all the pieces. We just say, Oh, Jesus take the wheel. Jesus is taking the wheel. And we're just like we laugh about it, but it's it's excruciating sometimes. It's it's uh sometimes suffering and it's necessary. There are sometimes these portals that happen, these pockets of time, you know, they might be relative to um, you know, something is happening astrologically or whatever, and you feel things tremendously, and sometimes that's that's hard. And you have to learn how to navigate those situations, but you have to go through them to just like everything else, you have to go through them to understand them to be able to know what they are, to be able to know what they are. So those are some really hard things. Um, you know, there have been so many different experiences on different parts of this path. When I first started waking up, and I say this to my community members and to people that I talk to and and I share um work with, you have this new knowledge. You've been functioning from this box, and you've been in here this whole time of your life experience. And then suddenly you're out of it and you're starting to see some pieces, and you're starting to have the revelations, realizations, you're starting to have understandings, you're using your discernment, and you want to start, you know, shouting it from the rooftops. You want to tell anybody and everybody, everybody at the water cooler, you want to tell the people at the Cocktail party, you want to do it at the kids' birthday party, you want to just share. And you have to kind of go through those experiences to understand how to share, when to share, what to do. So you might go through moments where you feel judged, where you feel um, you know, misunderstood. They're not easy. They're the they're the baby steps, sort of, of walking this path. And they're all lessons. They're all lessons. Um we live in a world now where things are really shifting very quickly. I was just on a podcast this morning, um, and I was talking about 70% of his audience is or Christians. They're inside of religion. And we were talking about, you know, how the world is really going to be broken open. A lot of people are going to come out of zones and spaces that they've been comfortable in, or I mean, not even just comfortable, that they've lived in, that they're, that they, they love, and I respect everyone and their beliefs. But suddenly things that they don't understand are going to be presented in the in a worldview, and it's going to make them look at all of these things that they know, but they're not used to doing that. And when you're on the spiritual path, you're you become used to doing that because your discernment kicks in, because your frequency raises, because your spiritual intelligence expands, because your spiritual technology starts to open up. And you are on this path of becoming, becoming, becoming, becoming. And there's a lot of allowance and there's a tremendous amount of trust, and there's lots of experiences to help you learn on your way. So some of those experiences where I really had dark, heavy, hard, fearful, like scare the bejesus out of me, were you have to learn how to navigate things like alcohol. If you use substances of any kind, you have to learn, are they for me anymore? Or um, do I use them in certain circumstances, or do they serve me anymore, or do I want this as a part of my life? And you have to kind of look at all the things that are around you and understand what they are in your life. And at this particular moment in my life, I didn't understand my relationship with alcohol and this specific experience happened. And it lowered my vibration and it allowed me to be vulnerable and it allowed that black hole. I was half awake, half asleep, and this this portal opened up, and I was being like abducted. I was being taken, grabbed and taken into this down this black hole. And I somehow, I don't know how, got myself out of it. I I pulled and I called on Jesus because I always call on Jesus. And I I just said, I believe in Jesus, I believe in love. I I didn't even remember what I said, but I said things like that. And it let go of its grasp on me. I woke up, I was scared to death. I think I was, you know, I don't even know. I was in my 40s, uh, early 40s. I went and climbed in. I was traveling with my mom. I went and climbed in to bed with my mother. That's how afraid I was, you know. And you're gonna have these moments. You're like, mm-hmm, been there, done that. Your eyes are so cute.

It's you know what? It is very, very, it's very scary. I mean, I was banging on my mom and dad's bedroom door. Um, because I I went to put the light on in the hallway after it happened to me and the bulb blew like that. And I was oh my god, there isn't. And I was like banging, I was going, Mom, dad, help, something in my room, something, and they just went, just go back to bed. Thanks, thanks, thanks. Thanks for that, you know. And it was one of the worst, you know, one of the worst scary experiences because it was like shifted my my um perception of reality. Yes, it totally all of a sudden knew that there was there was dark forces out there that were real, you know, not just in the scary movies.

So um I I love that about you though, the fact that you've you know that you've you've been through that, you know, grasped your way back, you know, clawed your way out of the black hole in order to be able to head towards the light. And I think that, you know, often when we just call upon Jesus, whenever those types of situations take place, you know, they'll always be like he'll always come in and and help and assist.

It's he's always there for me. He's always there. Yeah. And I and I'll tell you, um, when I was expanding rapidly before rhythmia, um I had, I found out later a portal in my bedroom. But um, I had, I woke up once and I had these these gray beings by my bed, and they were they were putting the sort of like the tornado of light that I told you about. There were these strands. I have drawlings and I I journaled every morning about all this stuff that was happening. They were by my bed and they were infusing these, I don't know, they were like light strings into my body. And I remember going, oh my God, what is the heck is happening? And there were so many times that things like that happen. And I've drawn them all. I've had this giant, like black slick, looked like it was in a water suit with big goggles, alien beings standing by my bed. I've had, um, I can't even tell you so many. I uh when I first started waking up, I was seeing like these meandering energies that were just kind of walking the earth's plane. I I would sleep in my bed and I was newly, newly sleeping in my bed alone, newly divorced. And um, I have my security system, right? That made me feel good for intruders or whatever, but I had no control over what was happening in my bedroom when I went to sleep. And I would wake up and I remember seeing halfway half asleep, like seeing beings walking around outside of my my windows in my bedroom, like they would come and knock me, knock my mattress, knock me. And it was a lot. I mean, it was a lot. And I went through all of that, but I continue to raise my frequency, raise my frequency. So they cannot permeate my being now. They cannot. I've I was I uh back to that time in my life. I was laying in bed once, half awake, half asleep, and this this lower density energy came in, just took over my body. And then it's like they they can't, they could, they could come in and I I called on Jesus. I would always call on them and say, I believe in love, I believe in, and it would go and it would leave. That doesn't happen anymore because they can't hold, they can't hold me because my frequency is so high.

Yeah, that's right. I think you're absolutely right. When your frequency raises, it's like they they can't touch you anymore. But like I I must admit, when I look back to those times in my life when when I experienced it, though you know, I when I was 16, I was messed up anyway, you know, because I was struggling with sexuality, I was probably drinking, smoking marijuana. Yeah, um, and then the time when I was 35, I um I'd had a hot stone massage actually, and somebody had put a really boiling hot, hot stone on my on my third eye, and it burned. It like it was like it I've but it must have blasted open my third eye or something. That's all I could think of. Oh, plus I had a shisha pipe as well. So I don't know what was in that. Maybe there was something dodgy in the shisha pipe.

Anyway, we digress, but I mean, I know that we're sort of running towards the end of our our chat today, but I would be really interested in asking if you wouldn't mind um offering some um guidance from the uh the council of light, um, specifically, you know, with regards to what's taking place on the planet right now, some some information that maybe they haven't spoken about or shared before, um that's gonna help people that are trying to navigate their own awakening process.

Yeah, I'll tell you something. Um, every month I channel a message of love, support, and guidance from a community. And the messages of this year since January have been about everything escalating, everything um continuing to advance, um, the lower density frequently frequencies that control our planet, you know, losing their control, but them trying to regain it with fear tactics and war and all kinds of stuff. And there was um um a prediction from the council that said that we would attack another country, and we did twice. And last year they said we would have the president would there would be an assassination attempt, and they said all kinds of things that have come true. And they're talking this year, they were talking about a mid-year experience. Um, they were talking about it potentially being, you know, uh there's so many different timelines, and they're the potential of different things are shifting continuously because of each one of us making a choice and choosing love or fear and shifting timelines. But they talked about us seeing all these events on our screen, us watching things go down. And then in May, it became about disclosure. And my May message, which is on my YouTube channel, Spirit Calling Pamela, um, was about disclosure is closer than you think. And it was talking about in the next several months. So we're recording right now on June 2nd. And right after I delivered that message, which I channeled, I think on May 1st or um the day before, it was that there would disclosure was closer than we think, and that they would actually talk about specific beings and show like evidence of these beings. That's exactly what happened the next day. The president put something out, the White House put something out, and it's like it's just incredible for me to witness this happening in real time. So when I sat down to channel the June message for my community, which I typically keep them inside of the community and only share the energy part of it with the world, I did not do that in May, and I did not do that for June because I think it's just extremely important that everyone be able to share these messages and uh to receive these messages. And this message literally was unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I get a lot of strong messages. I've gotten a lot of things that were hard for me to, you know, swallow. But this one was so interesting. They started out with, oh, you people of earth, you conditioned souls, this is your last warning of the highest intention for you are about to witness a catastrophic event that will shake you to your core. But you need not worry how you will weather the storm for your elevated exchange with the universe will allow you to be protected and conditioned for acceptance of this experience. But viewing it with an all-knowing understanding of who you are among all of the chaos, this is the event that we've been speaking of. This is the stream of consciousness that will shift humanity and the entire planet as a whole. The frequency shift alone will shake your conditioning and release itself from you with such immediacy that you will not understand what this exchange is. Can you imagine? That's an event where we're we're seeing other worlds. Do you know what I mean? That's an event where, like, maybe they're showing us, maybe they I've seen so many visions of you know, an awareness campaign of ships in the sky. I've seen fake alien invasions, I've seen, I mean, we we have no idea what is to come. And they talk about how important it is for us to raise our frequency, how important it is for us to get ourselves and our nervous system regulated. Because when you witness an event of such magnitude, you're not going to believe your eyes. But if you've had your body prepared, your mind prepared, your homes prepared, the ways that you're going to react within your homes ready, you know, the conversations ready with your family, with your children, be ready for that. And they're saying this, I mean, it's kind of amazing that people are going to be prepared because people are going to deny it. And the fear that's going to cascade through our world for people who have not been ready for this, right? For this exchange, they're not going to believe it. And they say, Yes, this is happening. That's one sentence. There is no doubt. And they say, your president and the forces who have completed this event means it's tied up in a bow and it's ready to go, right? Have completed this event and exchange, are positioning your planet of the next level of control that will be needed. So to me, that was an important, important message that I needed to share with everyone, you know, to give them that opportunity. But I say this because if I channel live right now, they're going to most definitely I'm gonna guarantee that they're gonna be talking about that. And if they go into an energy transmission, it's to benefit everyone, to benefit your nervous system, to benefit your um soul body, to benefit your frequency as a whole. So I'll call them in and we'll see what they say.

And you know, and I think that's so important because you know, when when we see anything that sort of sits outside of our normal version of what we consider like normal reality, we do tend to have that horrible fear response in our bodies. And to prepare in advance is such an important thing. And you were as you were talking about that whole thing, I was I did, I was questioning, you know, how if this is going to be an organic event, something that's that's almost like natural or whether it's premeditated and almost like Project Bluebeam now. Um, did you get clarity on that?

But to me, I don't know, because you know, it's it's like whatever is has the highest and best potential. And before in the beginning of the year, it was simultaneous attacks throughout our cities. I was having so many dreams about that. I was seeing the the people, I was seeing the cars, I was seeing where that was going to be located. I was seeing all of that. And um then I saw and had a vision of us watching our televisions, and I saw uh, I can't remember exactly. There was a message that came right up. I did a video of it, it's on my YouTube, and I I recreated the vision using AI, but it was we were watching this go down on our TVs, we were watching the United States attack another country, we were watching it happen, and it happened twice. And there were like similarities. I can't, you know, verbatim quote all of the things that I saw and that I shared and that have happened, but um, you know, I don't know, it could be a handful of any of it, right? It could be any any of the above. I don't know, because I've received so much guidance. I've I've I've received so many things. There's a all the lights go out, and we wake up and there's a universal currency, a one one um one one government, you know, uh all of the things we have this the central, uh, the CBDC and the and the digital currency and the all the things. I don't know. I don't know.

Okay. And maybe we're not supposed to know quite yet, but you're saying that this is an event that's going to be taking place really, you know, it's inevitable over what over the next couple of months or so, do you think?

That's what they said, but I mean like their timing is always always a little bit off, is it? Not always, but sometimes, yeah.

Yeah, I think timing is one of those those things that is you know questionable in any form of reading. Um I always question timings, but it's it's lovely the you know that the that that you receive a lot of information. And I suppose, you know, again, for anybody who's watching this episode, please do use your discernment with regards to anything that you that you hear, because you know, again, something may or may not feel right for you, and that's okay as well. Um, and um, you know, but it's preparation is always your best kick, you know, sort of advice and guidance, really, is be prepared for whatever eventuality, and then you'll be surprised if it's something, you know, cosmically aligned and beautiful and fantastic rather than it being like dystopian and catastrophic. Right.
