Today I'm joined by a truly heart-centered healer and teacher, Jonas Christensen, a Reiki master and IET master instructor, devoted to serving humanity through energy healing, meditation, and transformational work. I'm really honored to be on your podcast, and I really hope that uh our conversation can contribute to your audience and give some inspiration, both in terms of energy healing, uh ascension, uh development of consciousness and whatnot. So thank you so much for having me.

Oh, you're very welcome, and I'm sure it will, absolutely. So, Jonas, can you tell us a bit about your journey into Reiki and uh IET and what first called you into this work?

Of course. Um, so my spiritual awakening really started in my early 20s. Uh, at that time, I uh was uh a completely normal guy who was very much into sports and very uh scientifically uh focused, and I didn't really have any uh religious or spiritual experience at all. And then at that point in my life, uh I was working at a ferry. Uh I come from Denmark, and um I was uh a waiter in the restaurant where I was waiting tables, and uh at that time I was working in the VIP section, I and I came up to this one table, and all of a sudden I the table I came up to, there was this old woman sitting at the table, and she grabbed my arm when I was uh waiting her table, and she told me that I was gonna help a lot of people in my life. Uh, and that was really the pivotal moment that just changed everything for me, and it was like a whole new life uh started uh for me from that point on. Um, and she told me she was from something called the organization of light, um, and I had no idea what this was, and I I thought it was pretty weird at the time. Uh, but from what I know now, this was like an organization for light workers and spiritual enthusiasts. And a couple of weeks later, uh, from this experience, I I came upon this book um online with this guy who was claiming that he wasn't writing the book, but he was channeling this book uh and he was like whispering the words. And I again I thought this was very odd, but I just felt like I had to get this one book. And this book was uh about awakening to Christ consciousness. And of course, I read this book and chose of my own free will to have this spiritual awakening to Christ consciousness, and I remember the first time when I read this book and I uh stated the words. This was like my first experience with energy in my entire life, uh uh of like a tangible energetic experience akin to something like Reiki or energy work. And I was lying in my bed at night, and energy was just like pouring through my entire body, and that's when I knew some kind of transformation was taking place. And from that point on, I was completely obsessed and passionate about anything spiritual, alternative. Um, and I just kept reading and reading uh anything I could get my hands on, and um then I started uh going to especially uh theosophical organizations where we did energy healings to heal and bless mankind and planet Earth. And here I really started becoming familiar with energy work and uh sitting in these meditation groups and doing these uh light service meditations, you could call them. Uh, I started having like experiences of being elevated in consciousness and really feeling like universal love and other different uh transcendental experiences where I just felt like this is amazing, this is like uh life is becoming magical for me uh compared to the old 3D material consciousness that I was uh used to before. And after I was practicing these world service meditations, I really felt like my life was just improving in ways I didn't even imagine possible. And then uh after doing this for a while and becoming very uh passionate about serving mankind and the principle of using selfless service uh through energy work and energy healing to heal planet Earth and mankind, um, I found this one meditation called the Twin Hearts Meditation, which is a meditation developed originally by Master Chuakoksui, who is a Filipino master who created uh what is known as pranic healing. And I did this one meditation where you sit and you open up your crown chakra and then you channel energy through the crown chakra and out through the heart chakra, and then out through your hands for uh planet Earth. And after doing this meditation for a while, I had a kundalini awakening experience uh which I only have read about at that moment. Um and it was just a profound experience where I felt the kundalini rise up through uh my root chakra and out through my uh up through my spine and then out through my heart. Um, and I I had this unity experience where I felt completely uh unified with planet Earth, with all animals, plant life. Um, and you know, I was just crying like a little baby. Uh, and for hours and hours I felt like what I could describe as complete ecstasy. Uh, and I was simply just praying to God for hours and hours, um, and I felt uh like I'd been chosen for something special or whatever, uh, because at that time everything was very new for me. So I was a bit fanatic, I guess. Um, but this experience was just this pivotal moment that really got me interested in energy healing and anything related to using my healing powers to uh help other people and help serve planet Earth.

Wow, that's a lot, isn't it? That's a lot that happened. Thank goodness to that old lady in the restaurant, you know, that grabbed you and went, You're gonna be healing thousands of people across the world. You know, I bet at first when you I bet you were like, what what are you on, love? I bet you were a bit a bit doubtful, a bit skeptical that she was talking to you. Were you like you're talking to the person behind me? Um, because obviously, you know, if you were one of those guys that liked sports and stuff like that, yeah, I could imagine that it would have been a bit of a shock to the system. And then, you know, to go on to having a whole Kundalini awakening um where you were, you know, experiencing bliss for hours upon end. I mean, that sounds amazing. That sounds like a cosmic orgasm. I think I'd like to have one of them. So you really have you've you've you've evolved quite quickly, haven't you, to say the least? Um, you know, just based around what you're saying, my own personal um Reiki journey took me 12 years to become a master from the moment I started. So yours was a lot, lot quicker, you know, to get to the point where you, you know, you'd blasted open your crown chakra and uh you were having all these cosmic encounters. So why do you think you know that it happened that way for you?

Yeah, it's a great question. And and uh I really uh only God knows, I guess, but I really felt like just like you say, everything has been so intense and everything has both been so accelerated for me. And I I feel like this experience also with the old lady, uh it just felt so faded and uh very destined for me that this was something uh that I almost didn't even have a choice. Of course, I really loved everything about it, I've enjoyed every single moment, and like I said, everything has just felt like life has just become magical in a way, uh, and I'm very privileged to be blessed to live a life uh of this kind. Um, but for me, I I've just felt this awakening also uh of spiritual ambition where I just feel so driven to create something that that really uh helps other people, and uh and of course I also find exciting myself. Um, and that's why I've also done a lot of uh work on social media with my different YouTube channels uh that has various focuses uh in terms of spirituality. Um and when I get started, I just have this urge and this uh ability to never stop in a way. I I can't help myself. So um I guess it's it's both a blessing and a curse uh in a way because I I get very obsessed uh with with doing uh what I love to do.

I get it. Look, I'm I'm exactly the same. You know, I'm uh I'm a nightmare, really, because I live, breathe, and talk, you know, and sleep and dream this work. You know, I just I never belt up about it. So my my poor husband, he must be a bit like, oh, here he goes again, talking about energy, you know. But it is, it gets you like that, and it does make you feel like you know you are here for um a special purpose, you know. So it's great that you fold it found your passion so early in your life. But how has your understanding of Reiki uh evolved from being a technique to a state of being?

SPEAKER_00 12:51

Uh that's a great question because uh as you can see on my YouTube channel, Reiki Master Jonas Christensen, as well, that's very focused on remote uh energy healing. Um, I went from, of course, taking my first Reiki initiations, where I also had the very traditional understanding of Reiki being uh very hands-on and having to have one client at a time, um focusing on especially healing the chakras. Um, but then my understanding has developed a lot in terms of uh how Reiki is an incredible tool not only for healing but also for spiritual development, um, and that Reiki is not only thing that you do in a scene where it's local with the client, but it's also uh non-local in a way, and the laws that govern uh Reiki is something that you have to understand a bit of quantum physics to really get a hold of because when you use, for example, my Reiki videos um to heal yourself or to uh maybe focus on attaining success or whatever, um, then you really start to understand that a Reiki video that I did two years ago uh can be used by 2,000 people at the same time, two years later, and they all have an energetic experience. And that's a very uh hard thing to understand, in a way, that this is possible, but it really is possible. And of course, uh, as you are a Reiki master, I guess your audience are very familiar with Reiki, but just to give the fundamentals, uh Reiki is at its core really uh about channeling universal life force. Uh, and Reiki was developed by uh Master Mikao Usui originally, and is both uh uh energy healing tool and, like I said, also a tool for spiritual development. And universal life force is something that exists within all of us, it exists all around us, uh, in the plant life, in the animals, and within Earth itself. Um, and what you learn as a Reiki healer is to uh open up the channel and then channel this universal life force through you as a vehicle, and then out through your hands, for example, or just throughout your entire vessel for the benefit of yourself and other people. Uh, and what I have experienced uh as I also became a Reiki master is in the beginning I felt like my channel was this tube going through me almost, but as uh the years has gone by, I feel like I have become like a complete uh channel myself, like my entire vehicle has become this energetic uh channel, which is uh a very cool experience uh to have as you as you feel this progression in your ability to heal and channel healing for others as well. Um, and I also believe that Reiki uh is really most felt when uh as a healer, when you really use it in uh selfless ways and to help other people. Uh, at least I am very impressed uh even to this day when I've done like a healing for another person uh about like the blissful states that you can uh get into when you when you heal another person, you just feel like you've been healed uh a thousand times yourself times yourself, and that's that's an incredible uh experience to have. And I really recommend anyone starting on their spiritual journey to to at least become affiliated with some sort of healing modality as as this can uh help you a lot in your spiritual spiritual journey.

Yeah, it's so true. You know, it's a great foundation in energy healing, and then from there, you know, your attunements really are are just the beginning, aren't they? You know, everyone thinks, oh, well, when you've had your you know, your Reiki 2 attunements or you know, your master attunements, then you know you've you've peaked, you know, at the top of the game, but that's just the beginning of the story. As you're saying, you know, your whole body now um is vibrating this frequency that you're emitting through, you know, through YouTube and and other social media channels. And that's impacting, you know, the zeitgeist. It's it's you know, it's it's creating this ripple effect and it's helping people to not only rebalance physically but emotionally, you know, at a soul level, multidimensionally, all of it as well. So it is um, you know, it is a it's is a true gift uh to do that. And it's wonderful that you're you know you're a a Sui uh Reiki master as well, because I know there's lots of different forms of Reiki, you know, you become aware of like Shambhala Reiki and Arcturian Reiki and this type of Reiki. And why complicate it? That's what I say. It's like Reiki's Reiki, really, isn't it? It's just universal light and love. So it's the life force that flows through everything. Why does there need to be you know different, you know, fractions of it? Do you feel that way as well?

Yeah, I I guess I I feel like it's it's a part of this age that we live in, that that especially the spiritual uh community and the spiritual modalities are becoming so evolved and getting so much attention. But I I totally agree with you, it overcomplicates things a lot of times, but I think it's uh uh because of the uh increased focus and increased development in the spiritual communities and in the spiritual techniques. And and I also think it's a sign that people are uh awakening more and more, and we're accessing uh other dimensions in a way in our consciousness experience that we uh are able to uh get a hold of all these different healing modalities because things are evolving very quickly, I feel, um, and people who want to spiritually evolve they can get so much uh amazing information and find so many teachers so quickly. So I really feel like we live in a in a special, special time that we really have to take advantage of uh as souls on planet Earth.

Yeah, it's a it's a valid point, you know. I think as consciousness expands, then we are, you know, like almost like Reiki is in danger of being left behind in a way because you know, people are looking for the next best thing. You know, can there be other ways that we can tap into our multidimensionality, you know, reunite with our cosmic families, which you know is is is is where consciousness seems to be going, you know, this whole reunion of the galactics. But you know, if you think about uh some of the symbols that you learn in Reiki, like Honsha Zeshonen, which is uh the symbol that you you learn for distance uh healing, well that enables you to be able to you know tap into all dimensions of consciousness, past, present, future, timelines. So it gives you everything in one symbol, doesn't it? It's amazing.

Yeah, it is incredible, and it's it's hard to uh wrap your mind around. And I I really also I feel like I want to be an advocate of uh really taking off the limits of Reiki in a lot of ways, because even though we have these incredible symbols that are limitless in a way, people still associate Reiki with a very traditional approach, uh, and they might have a hard uh time understanding uh the possibilities of Reiki and all the things that you can use Reiki for, and that's why I'm very uh enthusiastic about, for example, on my YouTube channel of creating uh Reiki for every single purpose in life, and I really feel like from my experience with Reiki, you can both use it to help yourself, but you can also use it as a uh service to others tool. And I'm very uh focused on my in my life about uh helping uh the planet in this ascension process and healing planet Earth, and I really recommend uh anyone on the spiritual path to start using these easy tools to um serve, because I feel like service to others is such an important part of the spiritual journey. And even though you might be on the cusp of your spiritual journey or in the very beginning, eventually when you get on to the higher initiations of your spiritual development, you will become a servant of the divine, in my opinion, in some way, shape, or form. And using, for example, uh Reiki for healing planet Earth every single day, I experience that you really become elevated in consciousness and you use this um universal law of karma to really reap the karmic rewards because when you bless planet earth or you bless others, you automatically receive blessings in return. Um so I really recommend, for example, doing these light service meditations like I talked about before, doing healing for planet earth, using Reiki to heal Planet Earth, um, and for example, also using the twin heart. Meditation to do selfless service, you can even also uh pray for other people every single day, and you can really feel if you're sensitive to energy, how the blessings are returning to you. Uh, and it's an incredible hack uh to elevating your consciousness and just feeling better all in all, um, if you're on the spiritual path.

Yeah, and even if you're not on the spiritual path, you know, I think that um setting intentions is is obviously one of the keys for healing in Reiki. And it's what you kind of like you get to eventually is like it's just all about intention. So sending out loving thoughts will not only impact the collective, but it it's really beneficial for you as well, and you know, your ability to perceive everything that lays beyond the veil and um the unity, you know, and the divine consciousness is is absolutely the end goal of it all. Now, in a typical session that you do with a client, you know, obviously I know that a lot of the work that you're doing is remote now, so you can impact the collective more widely. Um, but I remember when I was, I'd just become a Reiki master. I was living down in the southwest of Australia, and um, I was getting a lot of people who were living with cancer coming and having Reiki just at their end of life. And I'm but I remember one lady that came to see me, and she was lying on the bed, and I started doing the Reiki as I normally did. I was doing a lot of hands-on Reiki back then, and all of a sudden her body started really contorting on the table, like spasming out and all this, you know. And I was like, Well my god, what the hell's going on? And you know, it was literally writhing around on the bed, and I was thinking she might be killing her. I didn't know what was going on, but of course, we know that Reiki can't harm people, but I was just so surprised at how much the body had sort of like spasmed and responded to the energy I'd never seen it before, and then she burst out crying, like sobbing, and I was just oh no, you know, this is like a nightmare. But have you experienced that before as well?

Yeah, but I've really uh seen a lot of people have these incredible uh full-body experiences, and I really believe that uh the way people uh receive Reiki is extremely unique, uh, and also based on uh their openness to receive this uh uh Reiki energy um and also their energy sensitivity. Um I haven't had these uh experiences with full contortions, but I've I've had testimonials of people you know like healing chronic pain that they have had for several several years, and also especially a lot of these emotional releases where people just burst out crying and just uh start sobbing, and and you know, all their emotions and traumas are just being released, uh, and it's it's just beautiful and incredible. Um, and the amazing thing is that uh this energy just works for us, and it's it's not something that we are controlling, it's um you know, controlled or guided by this higher divine intelligence, and we as human beings are simply uh channels for this beautiful energy to come here to earth and to do the work for the divine and to help people in exactly the way that they need. Um, and that's also something that's so important to remember when using Reiki and starting off, especially if you haven't uh had any experiences with Reiki at first, I always recommend give it a chance and also when you use it remotely, take at least 30 days of using in the beginning, like the same video or the same remote session. Uh, because if you are a person who are not very energetically sensitive or uh having full contortion experiences uh at the very beginning, it might take time to have these very tangible experiences of energy. Uh, but the results will come. And when you have results with Reiki, and especially when you can use it online for free, um, it it just can really have the potential to change your life because you have access to Reiki uh 24 hours a day, uh, and whatever your ailment or problem, you can at least have this healing, uh subtle energy to help you in a certain way. Uh and Reiki, in my opinion, uh, especially when you use it remotely, is not something that always gives you this quick fix because a lot of people want to treat it as like a magical thing. And everybody asks, okay, you're a Reiki master and you can do Reiki for uh attracting money, so you might be uh a billionaire already. But Reiki can give you a quick fix, it can uh be magical at times, uh, but uh most of the time it helps you in a gradual fashion and uses this subtle energy to support you, to heal you, um, and to bring you to a place where uh of wholeness and and healing. And I want to describe a lot of times for people, especially using my remote Reiki session, that Reiki is like the wind in the sail. So if you use Reiki to uh achieve success or attract the perfect partner or uh maybe uh achieve better goals in the gym, uh then you are the captain of your ship. You still have to steer the ship towards your goals, and then Reiki will put wind in the sails so you can sail faster and accelerate towards that goal. Um, and if you use it in this way, Reiki can become a companion in your life that can really help you with whatever you really want to put your focus on. So that's also an incredible uh thing to have in mind.

Yeah, absolutely. It's a valid point, Das, you know, that you can't just expect results after one session, you know, you've got to commit to it. You know, that used to bug me when I used to do Reiki, I must admit. I I used to find that people would maybe commit to like one or two sessions, and then you know, you'd wonder why they weren't necessarily getting the most long-term result. I mean, Reiki will have an immediate result on you, don't get me wrong. But, you know, if you want to create like physiological change, uh physical healing, for example, um, chronic conditions, then you have to commit yourself to at least eight sessions. Um and sometimes it won't heal you, you know, because it might be that person's chosen way of dying. I must admit, I had um, I used to really beat myself up when I would be working with a lot of these ladies living with cancer, and then you know, I'd be waiting for them in the next session, uh, you know, the following week, and they wouldn't turn up and I'd be like, oh my god, what's happened? And I'll be thinking, well, why didn't the Reiki heal them? Why aren't they still alive? You know, like what was it doing wrong? But it's important to remember that sometimes, you know, the illness that that person has or that disease is that person's chosen way of dying. So you really can't take on board any of the responsibility, can you? Because it you can get a bit of a crisis complex initially, I think, when you're doing Reiki, because you know, you're tapping into a superpower, really, aren't you?

Yeah, yeah, I I totally agree. And and I think I had uh in my early uh 20s a bit of uh Messiah complex as well, because when you have these incredible spiritual awakenings uh and you look around you and nobody else is having these experiences, you start maybe feeling a bit special. Uh, but I think that's a part of uh the spiritual awakening journey as well. And then uh as time goes on, you become more grounded and you start uh having these true uh lifelong experiences of how uh energy works, how spiritual evolution works as well. Um and it's very important to always stay humble and also in terms of using this superpower that you talk about, this energy that you have available, you have to use it with the utmost expect uh respect and ethics as well, uh, and really be humble, knowing that you are but a channel for this amazing energy. Um and it's it's just so important to have this approach and this perspective when you are a healer, because if you use this energy uh only in selfish ways, uh you can also start uh having detrimental effects uh to yourself as well, in my opinion. Um so that's why I also always recommend uh having this service-based approach. And I'm very um motivated to preach about being service-oriented and having a focus of self-less selfless service to others. Um, and that's why I also feel that Reiki is such an incredible tool for people to learn because they can use uh this ability to heal others and heal planet earth uh every single day. And even when you use it in these videos that I've made, you can just simply press play and the energy will flow through your body into planet earth. Uh, and you can do this uh selfless service meditation for hours every single day, uh, even while you're uh watching TV if you want to. So this is also something that uh maybe expanding the limits of Reiki and really uh representing Reiki as an evolutionary tool that we can use not only for healing but also for evolution and for service to others.

Yeah, it's a great point, actually. You know, ethics is so important. Um, you've got to have permission, you know, from the person that you're giving Reiki to. You can't just go, oh, well, that person looks sick. I'll give them a blast of Reiki, you know, like when you're sitting like in the doctor's surgery, you're secretly beaming Reiki to them because you know they haven't asked for it. So you can't cross certain, you know, universal laws with Reiki. And the other thing you've got to be aware of as well, um, of course, is that you know you can't Reiki people who've had an anesthetic or they've got broken bones that haven't been set yet, or they've got a pacemaker. So there's like those types of like um awarenesses that you've got to have with Reiki. But that's something that you would learn, obviously, if you if you attune yourself uh to your like your Reiki uh one and two. But you know, when you do a Reiki session, if you can just explain to us um what actually happens energetically and multidimensionally in the body and in the field when somebody you know has a treatment.

Great question. Um, when you talk about Reiki uh in a very fundamental way, you a lot of times also talk about the meridian system, and it's a great way of understanding also the principles of how Reiki works because the the body is naturally able to heal itself and it its natural state is of uh a state of health and well-being and wholeness. But a lot of times when we go through this life, uh living in this 3D reality, a lot of things can affect our body, mind, spirit, and emotions in a negative way. Um, and all of these subtle energies and disturbances that can create blockages in our system can get stuck in our uh energy system, not only our meridian system, but also of course in the chakras, in the aura and the subtle anatomy that we human beings uh have, but we can't really see with uh our naked eye. Um, and when these blockages uh sit for a long time um and they really start to pile up, then you start having uh real experiences of discord and even uh later on disease. Uh so things can develop into uh uh like a diagnosis or a real disease. And what uh Reiki does in a treatment setting setting is a lot of times it helps you unblock uh these blockages in your system and create flow again. And when you uh create flow within the energy system of a human being, then the energy naturally flows and you come back to wholeness and well-being and health again. So this is uh something uh that is very fundamental and a very basic principle of how Reiki works. Um, but you can use, like you say, Reiki for much more than that, and Reiki can be used in a multidimensional way as well. So Reiki is not only something that you can heal your physical body with, you can also heal yourself, like I said, on an emotional level, on a mental level, and even on spiritual and multidimensional levels. So you can go uh back in time uh and you can heal your past, you can heal your past lives, you can even heal your future self and create deeper connections with who you are in the future and help you uh guide yourself through life more easily. So the the the limits are off, and uh you know the only thing that is limiting uh our use of Reiki is really our imagination, in a way. Uh, and I think that there's so much more to discover using Reiki, and we can use it every single day to to really push the limits of of what's possible.

Yeah, absolutely. As har as far as Reiki attunements are concerned, you know, that's part of how you become a Reiki practitioner yourself. You go through like four attunements uh when you do uh your Reiki uh your Reiki 2, so it enables you to be actually do a um become a Reiki practitioner. Um and then obviously more attunements as well when you go through your Reiki mastership as as well. There's different forms of attunements, but you know, uh how do these Reiki attunements then uh work on a deeper level? You know, how are they activating something within the soul rather than just teaching a technique?

Great question. Uh I would say that when you get to the to the higher level attunements, you talk about the you go higher and higher in terms of the chakra uh opening and evolution. Um and also when you get to uh the higher levels, you get more in contact with the the divine essence within yourself and also your service mission here on earth. And I believe like being a part uh being a master and a spiritual master and a Reiki master, that's also where you really become much more attuned to this soul mission or what you could call your dharma in life. Um, and that also starts in my experience at least, uh having to uh you have to take more responsibility as a soul as well, because you have a greater responsibility of how you use energy. And for me, at least, I when I received these higher attunements, I also started feeling more guided. I felt much more connected to the divine, and uh I feel like I have much more of a divine presence in my life. Um, and I also feel like I have to take much more responsibility of how uh I use energy and also how you know you share energy with the world. Um, so that again brings us back to uh the ethics and uh taking responsibility of of how you use uh Reiki in terms of of uh healing other people. Um but like I said, I I both use Reiki uh and then I also have uh hypnosis channel um where I combine Reiki with um hypnosis as well, where you can use Reiki for healing the subtle aspects of life, and then you use uh you couple it with uh subliminals and hypnosis to program your subconscious mind as well. Uh and Reiki can also be used. Uh I have a mantra channel as well where you I use uh Reiki coupled with mantras to uh attain a certain effect. So if you want to do mantra chanting for attaining spiritual evolution, then when you combine it with Reiki for spiritual evolution, this uh even accelerates uh the potency of the mantra even more. Um so Reiki is an incredible tool uh and it can be used for so many things.

Absolutely, I love that. I mean, you literally are like all over the internet, you know, you've got you've got channels coming out of every orifice, which is great to see, you know, and I think that you know when you when you when you love what you do, uh you know, you want to share it. And of course, you know, hypnotherapy, um, timeline therapy, mantras, like you're saying, they all kind of work with different facets of the self. And you know, when you combine Reiki with other modalities, it it can you know sort of take it into all sorts of different directions. It's like with me, I I bring the colour mirrors um into uh my Reiki practice as well as Australian bush flower essences and um hypnotherapy and um inner child healing and stuff like that as well. So I I I've always found it is so versatile, Reiki, and you know, you can put it together with anything and create signature processes, so it's like just the best solid foundation I think you can get in in any energy healing practice. And um it's just amazing, really. So many star seeds um can feel dense, um, uh, and and all of these channeling these challenging energies around the planet right now, especially as we're going through this uh this split, you know, that everybody's talking about the different versions of Earth, and which one are we going to be aligning with depending on our energy frequency? So, how can Reggie help people to stabilize and anchor higher frequencies into their body and into their aura, do you think?

I really uh I'm I'm very uh passionate and I've been very focused for almost all my spiritual journey on uh one specific thing, which is ascension. Uh, and I really think ascension is such a key word at this time because ascension is really what brings us to the higher dimensions of consciousness and to these higher levels where I believe humanity is um on its way to go and and it's destined to go. Uh and we at this time are at a cusp uh of the age of Aquarius on the golden age as well. Um, and I believe that everything we're seeing in the world is really uh an expression of what you could say the dark narrative of the soul. And we're seeing so much uh war, discordance, toxicity uh in the media. Um, and I really believe that Reiki and Ascension is something that can really help these starseeds and awakening souls to reach these higher levels of consciousness and really uh let go of the dense energies and release all the trauma emotions and thought processes that are keeping on us to lower level frequencies and lower levels of uh consciousness as well. Because when you raise your frequency, you start getting into uh emotions and mental states akin to love, joy, happiness, um, and prosperity as well. Um, and if you stay in these mindsets uh that these uh you could say media channels uh intentionally or unintentionally are trying to bring us into a lot of times, which is fear, uh worry, and just hate as well, then you start staying at this lower level of consciousness. But by using Reiki for, for example, ascension, you really uh automatically automatically start uh going into this higher stage of consciousness, and and you just feel uh a well-being and a clarity and a peace, um unlike you've ever felt before. And and it it's it's so amazing also uh for me when I focus on ascension in my life compared to when I take a break from it. Uh, and then maybe I start uh having some emotions that I that I'm not so familiar with or that I don't feel uh so good in, then I start ascension again. Uh I'm I'm very um impressed every single time about how this ascension energy can just uh bring you up to these higher dimensional states of consciousness, uh giving you much more well-being and also having these experiences that we associate with uh spiritual uh acceleration, which is synchronicity and everything just coming into this sort of harmony, and you you really walk a path where you feel like this is uh my destiny, this is my soul mission, uh, and you start meeting meeting the right people uh at the right time, uh, and everything just comes into this sort of congruence. Um, and that's why I really uh recommend focusing on ascension, focusing on serving uh other people, serving planet Earth, because this will all help you elevate your consciousness uh and elevate your uh frequency as well. And if people are interested in learning more about ascension, I really recommend uh reading the books of Alice Bailey. Uh, she has written like um many, many books and has written like the greatest work uh in occultism uh to this day, in my opinion, and also the books of Dr. Joshua David Stone, who is really a guy who is ahead of the curve in terms of studies in ascension and studies in spiritual initiation and what it takes to, you could say, become an ascended master here on earth and a bodhisattva who serves planet Earth and stays behind to help planet Earth ascend and help humanity ascend as well.

It's very interesting, you know, that you should talk about the bodhisattva because when I did my color mirage teacher training in uh South Africa with Melissa Jolly, she said to me, Oh, you you are a bodhisattva. And I was just like, Oh no. I was like, Oh, I can't believe it. You know, it's like I don't want to be sticking around until everybody's ascended. It sounds like too much chaos that. Imagine how many lifetimes that's gonna take. So um I was a little bit shocked at that whole prospect. But if it is what I'm here to do, then you know, then I'm just gonna have to suck it up. Do you feel like you're a sweat bodhisattva yourself?

I I have to say that that I have a lot of the same feelings that you have because I actually took uh the bodhisattva vow uh several years ago. Uh and and what what I'm feeling right now is also, oh my god, this is gonna be a lot of work. But uh I I I hope that that we will uh also be be blessed in return.

And I I feel like I have been already, but of course, it's it's not an easy fix. And uh if everybody has to assent, uh we have our work cut out for us, definitely.

Yeah, exactly. You know, it's great, it's hectic. You know, I'll have nightmares about that. You know, why would I ever sign up for something like that on a contract that I've forgotten about? Um, but you know, who knows? It's difficult to say, isn't it? It really is. Um, so have you noticed that that Reiki then interacts differently uh with people depending on their consciousness level um or even their soul lineage? Um the reason why I'm saying this is because you know, like sometimes you you can do a treatment with somebody and you know they they don't really feel anything, you know. And other times, you know, you've got you know, like that lady contorting, or I've I've actually even seen somebody's spine um go like a um a snake, like the kundalini going up through the spine. That was on actually on my mother's back when me and my my husband Mark uh we both did our Reiki master journey together with this woman called Alison Goddard, three of us, over three different continents over 12 years. So we did our first one in Spain when when we lived in Benal Madena, and then we also uh had the second one in um Aylesbury in England, and the third one we were all in Australia together. So we went through this process uh as a lot of the treatments that we were doing, you know, on our practice journey and everything. We got my mum down on um uh the Reiki table, and uh Mark was at the uh on her head and I was uh on the base of a spine and um yeah, uh we saw like we saw her spine go like that, and we looked at each other and we were like, what the hell is that? So you know, like some people can have really amazing impacts. Do you feel like it's down to their consciousness level how much energy they're able to take within their physical body, um, or their soul lineage? Do you feel like that has a a part in it?

Yeah, I think so, and and I think it's also some of the very basic teachings of of Reiki as well that uh Reiki and energy um can work in accordance both with our open-mindedness and our belief systems, um, and also, of course, our spiritual development. Um, and I believe that this is not something that's only about Reiki, it's about uh how we are as a human race. And I believe that a lot of these things that we are becoming familiar with uh with Reiki and things working um on uh higher levels of uh consciousness and higher levels of dimensions, the more people who have these experiences that expands the collective belief system as well of what is possible. And the more people who ascend and become uh familiar with these possibilities of, for example, Reiki healing and spiritual evolution, the more becomes possible because a lot of the things that are possible uh on planet Earth is based on what we human beings believe and what is in the collective consciousness. And when more and more souls awaken um to higher levels of consciousness, I also believe that we human beings will evolve even more and we become uh capable of doing more, you could say, miraculous things uh than just Reiki healing in and of itself. So I think that belief systems are very important uh when using Reiki. And if a person comes in who is uh very rejective of anything uh spiritual or anything uh energy healing-wise, then of course this is something that might have an influence on the results that he is gonna get. And to explain this phenomena, there's also uh a very um uh known scientific study uh which uh prove that uh the I believe you call it the observer effect, and when a scientific study is done, they have actually proved that if an observer has a certain expectation to uh a study and how it's gonna unfold, this is something that is gonna affect the study. And this is exactly the same principle uh in terms of Reiki. If you uh are completely convinced that this is not gonna have any positive effect on you whatsoever, uh then this is of course, I think, a lot of times gonna affect the result. It might not, but a lot of times I believe it can have an effect on what you're gonna experience.

It's funny you should mention the observer effects. But I was just talking about that um with a with a client that I was talking to earlier uh just before I spoke to you, and trying to uh help her understand, you know, what it is, and you know, uh more about quantum um mechanics, you know, and uh string theory and uh and all of that, because the all of this really does play uh a huge part in it. So I I guess my next question to you is do you feel Reiki then carries a galactic or a universal origin beyond Earth-based traditions?

SPEAKER_00 50:44

Yeah, uh for me, I I had my whole phase with diving into uh you could say the extraterrestrial uh aspect of both uh the visits here on Earth, but also the healing aspects of it and and uh collaborating with these higher dimensional beings. And for me, I have been very attracted to the Octurians, uh, and I've you know read, I think maybe seven or eight, nine books uh specifically about the Octurians as well. And I believe that these uh beings and also specifically the Pleiadians and uh more other entities uh can really be uh both guides, helpers, and healers and and masters that can guide us on the healing path. So we can really um access something very special when we are on this galactic starseed journey. Um and if we allow these beings um in benevolent ways to help us, they can be an incredible uh accelerating aspect on our spiritual journey as well. So I definitely recommend exploring it um and and finding ways to to work with these beings. Yeah, absolutely.

Uh it's interesting because you know, when we think about Dr. Asuwa um Asui, um his uh his plight, you know, to get the Reiki symbols when he went out Mount Karama and uh he was like he saw these bubbles of light with the with the Reiki symbols inside. You know, it makes you think, well, these are light codes, aren't they? These are just light codes that have I know that they say that they're derived from Japanese kanji characters and all that sort of stuff, but you know, the that sort of imprint, I guess, you know, it could quite easily be galactic, you know. So some people like speak of light codes and frequency upgrades or energetic activations. Do you feel like Reiki can act as a conduit for these higher dimensional energies?

SPEAKER_00 52:51

A hundred percent. Um, and I believe, like I said before, that that Reiki is something that teaches us a lot about uh intention and the human will to uh attract certain energies. And I believe that these uh beings and galactic energies are available to us uh in a multidimensional fashion and also uh a lot of times beyond time and space. So it's up to us to tune in uh to these galactic beings and to these galactic frequencies to to uh you know receive the upgrades and uh ascend in consciousness. And in this um game, you could say Reiki can play uh a pivotal part because Reiki can be the facilitator, it's energy that brings you um to a certain point or to a certain goal. And if you use Reiki to uh get galactic upgrades or uh Reiki to access Octurian healing, for example, then that is completely possible. Um, and Reiki can really be something that can help you access as well, because if you become a Reiki energy healer or a Reiki master, then you start practicing this uh ability to tune in. Um, and I believe also something that's very important to access um uh collaboration with these higher-dimensional beings is our own level of frequency and our own level of consciousness because these beings are of such a high state of consciousness uh and they are uh an expression of pure uh light and love, and a lot of people describe them as um entities like gods, or um they live on a frequency band where they don't need physical bodies. So it's important for us to also become as much light and love and benevolence as possible, and the more we become of a higher frequency, the more easy it becomes for us to collaborate with these beings and to become attuned to their frequency as well, because we're not as heavy in consciousness. So that's also a very important thing to remember.

Yeah, it's hugely important, especially as we are moving towards a time where we're gonna be reuniting with our cosmic family. It's funny because on several of the shows that I've done recently, we've been laughing a little bit about alien disclosure, because it's not gonna be like some big announcement by Donald Trump, you know, here they are above the, you know, above the White House and everybody take cover. It's good, it's not gonna be like that at all. It's gonna be through us all doing our energetic work. And Reiki is a brilliant way to be able to help us to heal trauma, you know, to prepare ourselves for these high-dimensional beings to re to reunit reunite with us. And without us doing that work, you've got a cat in in hell's chance of being able to, you know, have dinner with an Arcturian. You know, I'm sure we all want to, you know, sort of like you know, have an amazing experience on a on a light body vehicle, you know, spaceship, but you know, you're not going to be able to go on there if you're angry, you know, or uh or hangry, for example. But how does Reiki interact with the light body or the Merkaba um or multi-dimensional aspects of self during your awakening and ascension, then?

Um I think there's a lot of uh different, uh, you could say subtle anatomical aspects in what you just said, and I believe Reiki has the potential to awakening awaken all these aspects within the self. Um, and for me, I feel like you have to focus on these specific things. But I had in my journey uh experiences with focusing on both the light body and the Merkaba as well. Uh, but for me, it was an intentional focus where I chose to do these meditations to accelerate my spiritual journey. So I believe that um having these uh light body awakenings and murkabah awakenings and also accessing galactic frequencies uh is something that's very um based on your intention and what you want as an individual as well, because you can use Reiki for many different paths, and even uh healer who becomes a Reiki healer today might not even have any affiliations with any galactic frequencies at all because they might not have this in their soul records or uh in their uh soul path, and then there's someone else who uh gets this right away because this is something that's in their soul records, and this is something that's important for them to uh do in this life. But uh I believe that having the light body activations and also uh working with your Merkaba is an incredibly powerful way to uh elevate your consciousness and ascend as an individual, um, and then also uh getting access to working with these uh extraterrestrials if you want as well.

So have you ever sensed or worked with non-physical beings like guides or galactic support during your sessions? The reason why I'm asking is because I know that many people, when they're doing Reiki, they can feel either uh Mrs. Takata or uh Dr. Asui coming in, or sometimes an archangel might might like pay a bit of a visit and be working on the feet whilst you're working on the head. Have you, you know, been interacting with the Arcturians or other galactic beings during your sessions yourself?

SPEAKER_00 58:26

Yeah, for me, like I said before, the Arcturians has been very uh present in my life, and I've been very attracted to them, and I feel like uh their energy is so uh extremely high and so pure, uh, and it's so focused on light, uh, in my experience at least. Um, and when I've done my healings, especially uh Archangels, Ascended Masters, but also the Octurians, uh, has been very uh present and uh they just uh collaborate with you to to create a much more powerful healing. Um and for me, when I do healings, I feel very uh guided uh and also uh very intuitive in doing my healings, and all of a sudden I get that this hunch that uh that I have to focus on a specific thing with uh a certain individual. But uh again, it's about uh free will, and these beings will not invade your space or will not come to you if you don't invite them. So, a lot of times you really have to remember that it's about your intention, it's about your free will, and you really have to uh take this seriously because every single time you want to do a healing, if you want these uh higher celestial beings or ascended masters or the Octurians or Pleiadians or some other uh divine extraterrestrial to become present in your healings, invite them every single time, state their name, state that you want them to give this uh healing and the highest and best healing for the client in this case, um, and then they will come and help you in a way, and they can be your guides, they can be your helpers. Um, and it's very amazing and profound when you when you discover this.

So, how do you then see Reiki evolving as human consciousness evolves?

SPEAKER_00 1:00:20

Oh, that's a great question. Um, I I think that uh Reiki, in a lot of ways, is uh about energy, and energy is something that's all around us, and I think that Reiki is such uh an amazing example of how we as human beings can work together with energy and with divine intelligence to create results in material existence. And I'm a pragmatic, and I really want to use these spiritual energies, these spiritual tools to create uh physical results, physical evolution, and really uh make it help us as much as possible in our material world as well. So everything is uh not so airy-fairy, and everything is uh something where you uh just sit around and talk, and of course you have these amazing experiences. But I really think it's important to utilize uh spiritual energy and spiritual tools to help us in daily life as well. Uh, and I think it's a part of where we are as a human species and where this is going, is that uh we start becoming much more powerful spiritual beings and beings of higher consciousness who can use energy and Reiki for that matter, or any other uh healing modality to uh help us create results uh in our lives, be it in our job, in our relationships, in our spiritual evolution, um, or anything else.

So then if humanity truly can, you know, sort of grasp uh what Reiki really, really is, if they can fully understand it, not just as a healing modality, but as a state of being, how would it change the way that we live and the way that we heal and the way that we relate to each other on the planet?

Well, I think uh it brings us back to what we talked about before that um the the ability to uh or the experiences that we can have, for example, by doing energy work or Reiki or having more of these profound spiritual awakenings or miraculous experiences is very based on uh belief systems and openness to result, and also the observer effect is a very good example. And all of this is based on the collective consciousness and the evolution of collective consciousness. And I believe the more people who awaken to the possibility of these using these tools in everyday life, the more it becomes possible. So the more people that we can uh pop open, you could say, open up their crown chakras, their third eye, uh, while still uh giving them a grounded life, the more becomes possible for us as a human species. And I believe that right now we don't even have the imagination to understand what life is going to be like in 50 years. And I think spirituality is only one aspect of it. We see it uh with AI, we see it with uh in the medical area as well, with rejuvenation, and we also see it in terms of colonizing other planets and how we associate with extraterrestrial life as well. So there's so many things right now that the human species is right on the cusp of. And I really believe that we're gonna see incredible evolution in many different fields, spirituality included as well. And the most important thing that we have to do as spiritual beings is to, of our own free will, say yes to this evolution and focus on it and work on it every single day and work on it with intention, with love and light. Um, and then we can take part in this amazing ascension experience and uh reap the rewards of seeing where uh humanity is is going. Beautiful.

So, what about yourself though? What do you see how do you see you evolving? Like, who are you becoming over like the next 10, 15 years? Have you had that vision for yourself yet?

I really want to be uh someone who is uh helping people uh help themselves and helping people um heal planet Earth and find their divine mission on Earth. And I feel that to my core that this is something that is part of my mission because I feel like I've been so blessed to get on this path and feel like I have a very fated and destined life where I'm serving uh mankind in a specific way, and I really feel like the more people that I can help have this same experience, uh the more service I'm doing as well. Because when you awaken just one person to their true destiny and to their soul mission, then you really have created something very beautiful uh on planet Earth because this person has the potential to help hundreds, thousands, and even uh in some cases millions of people to do the same thing again. Um, so I feel like I'm walking this path and I'm gonna put my heart and soul into it to bless as many people as possible. And right now, my focus is very much on uh doing this remote Reiki healing and also hypnosis and teaching people about using the sacred languages to chant mantras and to achieve spiritual evolution. Um, and in the future, I think I will have a more physical approach, maybe uh focus. Focusing on doing much more communication work and doing maybe some stage work as well, where uh I give talks and stuff like that to inspire people to again uh use spiritual tools in a practical fashion and to become pragmatic in terms of using spirituality to help themselves and and to help other people as well.

Hmm, that's lovely. Yeah. So you're like a real life attended master walking the planets, shining your light, and doing the whole bodhisattva thing, which is great. So I can see that happening for you. Now, I've been watching some of your videos, and I love when you know you just hold up your hands like that, and then you just beam a bit of Reiki.
